Intended to assist with respiratory problems: cough, mucous, respiratory difficulties, pneumonia, bronchitis, asthma.
Used as a natural antibiotic and expectorant.

1 teaspoon under your tongue 30 minutes before breakfast. 1 teaspoon under your tongue 2 hours after dinner. Don t snack for 30 minutes.
