Controlice Oil Spray + Defence Shampoo + Buster Comb – Value Pack

Controlice Value Pack features a non-toxic defence shampoo, non-toxic oil spray, and lice buster comb, for the effective control and elimination of head lice.

Oil Spray:

Apply to dry hair. Hold the spray bottle in a vertical position and spray the Controlice Oil Spray to cover hair. Ensure uniform distribution on hair and scalp (use fingers to assist with even distribution). Leave the application on the hair for at least 15 minutes. Comb hair thoroughly with a Controlice Comb, area by area to remove all nits and dead head lice. Comb from the base of the hair, as near to the scalp as possible, through to the hair tip. Thereafter wash hair with Controlice Defence Shampoo or normal shampoo. Important: Repeat at least once more after 7 days, or earlier if necessary, to ensure the full life cycle of the lice are covered.

Use Controlice Defence Shampoo to cleanse hair or during a lice outbreak, to repel head lice. Wet the hair. Apply shampoo and work into a lather. Leave on for 3-5 minutes. Rinse off. Repeat if required. Style hair as normal. For daily use.

Lice Buster Comb:

Apply a lice application to the hair carefully following directions provided with the product. Comb out any tangles with a conventional comb first: this will facilitate combing with the Controlice Lice Comb to remove nits (lice eggs). Separate two centimetres of hair and place the teeth of the comb as close to the scalp as possible. Comb away from the scalp. Repeat this procedure until the entire head has been combed. Thoroughly rinse the hair. Comb on damp or dry hair, whichever works best for you. Lice applications do not kill all the nits, therefore it is important to remove the nits with a lice comb. Contrinue to inspect for nits for at least two weeks.

To clean the comb: Use a brush (an old toothbrush works well) to remove debris. Immerse the comb in warm (not boiling), soapy water. Allow to cool.

To avoid reinfestation: Wash all clothes and bedding in hot, soapy water or dry clean. Repeat combin procedures several times in the next 14 days.
