How To Use
Adults: 1 tsp, 1-2 times per day.
Or Hourly when sick.
Children under 12: 1/2 tsp, 1-2 times per day.
Or Hourly when sick.

Mix with cold or lukewarm water. Not Hot.
Can also be added to smoothies or yoghurt.

1 teaspoon is approximately 1000mg of Vitamin C.
