The Power Lock Lifting Belt by Yowie is designed to help lifters execute the heaviest compound lifts. This belt provides ultimate support to the core, giving athletes the stability to move more weight while reducing the risk of strains and injuries. The lock can easily be loosened or removed for warmups and lighter sets, or as you move throughout the gym. No need to fiddle around with belt notches and buckles.

In this way, you can continue to build core strength and bracing technique, and avoid becoming reliant on a belt.
